Questions about shipping

2/1. Do you ship to my country?

We provide shipping worldwide, which means that our products can be delivered to virtually any country, even to some quite remote locations. Please keep in mind though, that during the import process, the entry of your parcel may be denied by the local authorities if the products fall in a regulated category in your country. If you’re not sure about your local regulations, it is best to contact your local customs office or DHL’s local customer service and let them know that you’re willing to import goods with the HTC number 9506919000

2/2. What company do you ship my order with?

Most of our parcels are handled by DHL, as they proved to be the most reliable delivery company, with the best price-to-value ratio as well. If you have another preference for the delivery company, please contact us via e-mail.

 

2/3. Did you have any problems with deliveries to the UK?

Aside from some occasional inconvenience that we’ve always been able to clear with the authorities, we have no trouble with exporting goods to the UK. If you’d like to know more about that, you can check our article about the matter HERE.
